Next Degree Electrical was formed as a business partnership in 2009 with one specific goal in mind, to provide the benchmark in service and maintenance of sterilizing and infection control equipment within QLD.

Next Degree Electrical transitioned into a company in late 2012 and the company directors are still proud hands on field technicians of the business.

In December 2013 Next Degree Electrical became the exclusive Queensland service and sales agent of Babich Maintenance & Steriliser Services Pty Ltd, supplying BMM Weston Sterilization and SMEG Disinfection products into Queensland.

In April 2014 we obtained certification to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems

In March 2016 we changed our trading name to Next Degree Pty Ltd to signify our transition away from the electrical field.

In March 2017 we acquired certification to the new ISO 9001 2015 Standard.

Already with a combined experience of over 45 years within the infection control industry, we are continually striving to set new standards. Next Degree has experienced continual steady growth whilst maintaining a close relationship with all its customers. We attribute our continual steady growth within the industry to the reputation we have developed and the importance we place on upholding and improving on this base.

As part of our ongoing commitment to service we have implemented the following.

• Comprehensive service checklist revised and modified January 2018.
• Customised service sheets developed with customer feedback (Triplicate copies). Revised and modified January 2018.
• Safe work procedures
• Monthly internal meeting documented by minutes, assessing individual performance criteria and customer feedback.
• Direct liaison with customer’s onsite and via email and telephone
• Individual customer files maintained to allow simple assessment of service history and efficient resolve of any possible customer query or complaint
• All test equipment NATA Certified annually and updated calibration records provided to customer.
