BMM Weston steam generators are modular in design providing a flexible system to produce steam output to suit your
requirements. The steam generator shells and process pipework are constructed entirely in 316 stainless steel,
meaning that the equipment is fully compliant with the medical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
BMM Weston steam generators comprise a one shell or two shell system depending on output demand and the shells are
stacked vertically resulting in a minimal machine footprint.
The steam generators can be either electric or steam heated.
- Electrically heated generators utilize industry standard incoloy electric elements.
- Steam heated generators utilize a 316 stainless steel tubular heat exchanger.
Steam Generators for sterilizers
BMM Weston steam generators are the perfect fit for steam sterilization. The majority of clinical
sterilizer applications require the following pre-conditioned steam.
- Clean/pure steam. This can be produced by feeding the system with the appropriate treated water.
- Reduced non-condensable gasses. This is achieved by pre-heating the water up to 80 deg C. via a heated tank system.
